Rotation system
During the first fifteen months in the office you will go through three different teams, five months in each team. The teams that rotate are decided together, during the selection process we ask for preferences, although the choices are flexible and can be modified once within the Firm. We like the rotation system because it allows us to train lawyers with a more global vision of both Law and Firm, and allows the integration and knowledge of different teams and subjects. Each rotation is a new challenge and encourages the development of different skills necessary in the legal profession.
